This cycle is dominated by a broadening jet-UAV vector into Kyiv and Zhytomyr oblasts, an updated Dnipro mall casualty figure (now three wounded) plus an open Russian claim that the mall was struck for "military use", a new Russian MoD claim of Geran-4 "Seeker" strikes on three logistics hubs (Dachnoye/Usatovo/Kommunar), a NEW reported jet-Shahed strike on trade infrastructure in Kryvyi Rih (Saksahanskyi district), detailed Kotenok imagery of the Kolonshchyna/Makarovsky logistics fire, a Russian claim (Colonelcassad, Kotenok) of a strike on the 3rd Army Corps HQ in Izyum with ~20 officers killed, and several political/non-tactical items. Key updates since last sitrep

  • Dnipro "Novy Kontynent" mall — casualty figure now THREE, and a Russian "military use" justification is now openly stated. Олександр Ганжа / Дніпропетровська ОДА (ОВА) (17:02:58) states the number of wounded rose to three; РБК-Україна (17:05:47) reports the same (MEDIUM-HIGH for the casualty figure; note this updates the earlier "four wounded" carried forward). Дневник Десантника🇷🇺 (16:56:02) posts three videos of the burning mall with visible "MetroLuxe" and "НОВИЙ КОНТИНЕНТ" signage and a "ХПОБЕДА" watermark, claiming the site was "used for military purposes" (HIGH that the mall is burning; LOW for the military-use justification, which is caption-only).
  • Russian MoD now formally claims Geran-4 "Seeker" UAV strikes on three logistics centres — Dachnoye and Usatovo (Odesa region) and Kommunar (Kharkiv region).   • Kolonshchyna / Makarovsky logistics complex fire — detailed imagery and geolocation cue (NEW detail). Военкор Котенок (17:01:38–39) posts night fire, firefighter and daytime satellite imagery of the "Makarovsky" office-logistics complex at Kolonshchyna near Kyiv, describing a ~63,000 sq m class-A warehouse near the Zhytomyr highway, chart coordinate overlay 50.441397, 29.958896, and claiming an Aerospace Forces strike against a site "used by the AFU and special services" (MEDIUM-LOW for the complex and its location; LOW for the strike attribution and military-use claim).
  • Russian claim of a strike on the 3rd Army Corps HQ in Izyum (Kharkiv oblast), ~20 officers killed — NEW, LOW. Colonelcassad (17:03:01) claims a strike on the 3rd Army Corps HQ in Izyum killed about 20 officers, naming Major Dmytro Kolesnichenko (a claimed "Dnipro-1" veteran); Военкор Котенок (17:06:21) repeats the claim with a red-X-overlaid portrait.   • Russian MoD-affiliated channel expands the claimed radar/airfield strike set in Kharkiv and Mykolaiv oblasts — carried-forward claim with new technical detail.   • Assessed most likely course of action (next 6–12h): Continued multi-vector long-range strike campaign, with the jet-UAV vector now shifting weight toward central Ukraine — Kyiv and Zhytomyr oblasts, in addition to the earlier Kropyvnytskyi/Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk and Chernihiv tracks — and continued UAV/FPV strikes on civilian and logistics targets (Dnipro mall, Kryvyi Rih trade object, Odesa fuel-tanker claim, Sumy/Kharkiv border raions). Information environment / disinformation

  • Dnipro mall — "military use" justification now explicitly pushed (new). Pro-Russian channels (Дневник Десантника 16:56 UTC, "ХПОБЕДА" watermark) frame the strike as legitimate because the mall was "used for military purposes." This is the standard justification trope and remains unverified — do not launder it.
  • Dnipro mall — casualty-figure churn (updated). The figure moved from a carried-forward "four wounded" to three (OVA/RBC 17:02/17:05 UTC). Treat interim casualty counts as provisional.
