The dominant new threads are: (1) a new Russian official capture claim — Komissarovo (Kharkiv oblast) — released by TASS/MoD with only artillery-crew footage (11:17:01); (2) a new SBU interceptor-drone program publicly reported via KMVA (11:18:00) and a separate Zaporizhzhia interceptor kill of a ZALA 421-16E5 by the "POSIPAKY" unit (11:22:58); (3) an SBS milestone detail — the 300th air-defense target identified as a Buk-M3 near Ukrainka (occupied Zaporizhzhia oblast) (11:46:01); and (4) Russian claims of Geran strikes on ships at Odesa port (MoD Russia, 11:25:23) and an impact on Kyiv's Left Bank (Kotenok, 11:19:28).
