Situation Update (UTC)

Key updates since last sitrep

  • Ukrainian General Staff evening summary reports 208 combat engagements, 71 Russian airstrikes, 233 guided aerial bombs and 1,250 shellings of settlements/positions since start of day, with 4,704 kamikaze drones "committed to strikes." Report is timestamped 22:00 (Kyiv time, ~19:00 UTC) and carries official General Staff branding; the attached title card contains no map or geolocation and corroborates branding and timestamp only. All figures are self-reported and unverified. (Генеральний штаб ЗСУ, 19:03 UTC — MEDIUM as authentic official reporting / LOW for independent verification of aggregates).
  • Heaviest reported ground pressure on the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka axes. General Staff states 27 Russian attacks were stopped on the Pokrovsk (Donetsk Oblast) axis — around Kucheriv Yar, Vilne, Nove Shakhove, Toretske, Hannivka, Novyi Donbas, Dorozhne, Dobropillia, Pokrovsk, Serhiivka, Udachne and Molodetske — with a preliminary claim of 57 Russian personnel killed and 12 wounded, 7 vehicles, 4 special-equipment items, a UAV control point, an ammunition depot and 39 shelters destroyed, plus 99 shelters damaged, and 171 UAVs destroyed or suppressed. Twenty-two attacks were repelled on the Kostiantynivka axis. (Генеральний штаб ЗСУ, 19:03 UTC — MEDIUM as reported / LOW for the specific casualty and equipment counts, which the General Staff itself labels preliminary).
  • Air Force reported KAB launches by Russian tactical aviation against Zaporizhzhia Oblast. No target, count or impact given; this is a launch warning, not a confirmed strike. (Повітряні Сили ЗС України, 19:06 UTC — HIGH for the warning as issued / LOW for effects).
  • Jet-UAV tracks extended across Chernihiv and Kyiv Oblasts. Reported tracks: jet UAV near Mena (Chernihiv Oblast) on a north-west heading (19:04); jet UAVs at/past Tarashcha (Kyiv Oblast) from the south, course toward Bila Tserkva (19:11); jet UAV in northern Chernihiv Oblast toward Snovsk and Koriukivka (19:14); jet UAV at/past Ripky (Chernihiv Oblast) on a south-west heading (19:26). No intercepts or impacts confirmed. (Повітряні Сили ЗС України, 19:04–19:26 UTC — MEDIUM tracks / LOW effects).
  • Colonelcassad posted video of a large explosion in an urban-industrial area of Kirovohrad, attributing it to a "Geran" drone. Footage shows a fireball and black smoke plume behind trees among residential blocks, smokestacks and high-voltage towers; the blast yield is notably larger than a single Shahed-class warhead, consistent with a secondary detonation on industrial infrastructure. No Ukrainian official statement, target identification or BDA in the window. (Colonelcassad, 19:11 UTC — MEDIUM-HIGH imagery authenticity / LOW-MEDIUM weapon attribution and location).
  • Russian milblogger claimed 800 m advances on two separate axes. Colonelcassad posted annotated maps and UAV/strike insets claiming Russian forces crossed the Korova River south of Ryasnoye (Sumy Oblast) and occupied west-bank positions with an 800 m advance, and separately advanced 800 m into western Dobropolye (Donetsk Oblast, near Pokrovsk/Krasnoarmeysk). The identical 800 m figure on two distinct axes, unverifiable inset footage, and map date stamps appearing to read 02/05 September 2026 all weaken the claim. (Colonelcassad, 19:22 UTC — LOW).
  • Russian MoD "top news" post reasserted an encirclement of Ukrainian formations in Kharkiv Oblast and strikes on Ukrainian ports and defence industry. The accompanying graphic is generic MoD imagery that corroborates none of the four claims (Baltic Sea corvette award, port/defence-industry strikes, Sever Group "encirclement" in Kharkiv region, Tsivileva at the Beijing Xiangshan Forum). No dates, coordinates, target names or evidence. (MoD Russia, 19:25 UTC — LOW).
  • Ukrainian MoD/General Staff "Logistical Knockdown" strike programme showcased. Exilenova+ posted a five-minute drive-through video of destroyed trucks and a tanker on roads in occupied territory, attributing results to "middle-strike" drones under the programme launched in May, framed as a deliberate shift from anti-personnel targeting to interdiction of ammunition, fuel, equipment and provisions. Location and strike attribution are unverified. (Exilenova+, 19:08 UTC — MEDIUM imagery / LOW attribution and location).

Operational picture (by sector)

  • Kupiansk axis (Kharkiv Oblast): Updated. General Staff reports one Russian assault repelled in the area of Kivsharivka; otherwise no significant change. No new geolocated line indicators. (MEDIUM as reported).
  • Kharkiv / Vovchansk / northern Kharkiv (Kharkiv Oblast): Updated (Russian claims only). Военкор Котенок posted FPV footage of Russian "Sever" grouping UAV operators striking Ukrainian quadricycles and personnel, framed as the "Volchansk Cauldron" with a claim that Ukrainian personnel numbers there are "steadily declining"; unit branding shown is "Severny Veter," callsigns Dzhoker and Bardak. MoD Russia separately repeated its Sever Group encirclement narrative for Kharkiv region. Neither is geolocated or corroborated. Environmental note: Kharkiv/Vovchansk 12.3 °C, mainly clear, cloud 31%, wind 0.5 m/s as of 19:30 UTC — favourable light for UAV reconnaissance. (MEDIUM footage / LOW encirclement and casualty claims).
  • Sumy / northern border (Sumy Oblast): Updated (Russian claim only). Colonelcassad claims Russian forces crossed the Korova River south of Ryasnoye and hold west-bank positions (800 m advance). Carried-forward KAB strike on Sumy private-sector housing (1 killed, up to 9 injured, MVD via ASTRA) stands without new official reconciliation. (LOW for the river-crossing claim).
  • North Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions (Sumy/Kharkiv border belt): Updated. General Staff recorded two Russian assault actions, six airstrikes delivering 15 KAB, 120 shellings (12 with MLRS) since start of day. (MEDIUM as reported).
  • South Slobozhanshchyna axis (Kharkiv/Donetsk border belt): Updated. Twelve Russian assaults reported toward Ternova, Rubizhne, Mala Vovcha, Radkivka and near Lyman, Vilcha, Starytsia, with three engagements still ongoing at time of reporting. (MEDIUM as reported).
  • Krasnyi Lyman / northern Donetsk (Donetsk Oblast): Updated. Six Russian attempts repelled toward Shyikivka and Lyman and in the areas of Novoiehorivka and Novoselivka. Carried-forward contest over 3rd Army Corps Operation Vivaldi clearances at Novoselivka, Oleksandrivka, Yarova and Korovyi Yar remains ungeolocated on both sides. (MEDIUM Ukrainian repulse reporting / LOW Russian counter-claims).
  • Sloviansk axis (Donetsk Oblast): Updated. Two Russian attempts stopped near Kryva Luka. (MEDIUM).
  • Kramatorsk axis (Donetsk Oblast): Updated. Two Russian assaults recorded in the areas of Yurkivka and Fedorivka. Carried-forward MoD Russia Msta-B strike claim near Ashurkovo and Druzhkivka/Kazennyi Torets bridge claims remain unconfirmed. (MEDIUM as reported / LOW for effects).
  • Kostiantynivka axis (Donetsk Oblast): Updated — most active reported axis after Pokrovsk. Twenty-two Russian attacks repelled near Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Dovha Balka, Rozkishne, Toretske and toward Mykolaipillia, Pavlivka, Novohryhorivka, Kucheriv Yar. (MEDIUM as reported).
  • Pokrovsk / Dobropillya / southern Donetsk (Donetsk Oblast): Updated. Twenty-seven attacks stopped (locations above) with preliminary Ukrainian claims of 57 Russian killed, 12 wounded, and materiel/shelter damage; 171 UAVs destroyed or suppressed on this axis. Colonelcassad's separate claim of an 800 m Russian advance into western Dobropolye is unverified. (MEDIUM General Staff reporting / LOW Colonelcassad advance claim).
  • Oleksandrivka axis (Donetsk/Dnipropetrovsk boundary): Updated. Two Russian attacks repelled toward Berezove. (MEDIUM).
  • Huliaipole axis (Zaporizhzhia Oblast): Updated. Three Russian attacks recorded toward Vozdvyzhivka, Novoselivka and in the area of a settlement reported as Dobropillia — note the name collision with Dobropillia in Donetsk Oblast; the Huliaipole-axis location is assessed to be the Zaporizhzhia Oblast settlement. (MEDIUM as reported / LOW for exact identification).
  • Orikhiv axis (Zaporizhzhia Oblast): Updated. General Staff reports no Russian assault actions on the Orikhiv direction. Russian tactical aviation was reported launching KABs into Zaporizhzhia Oblast (19:06). Carried-forward Russian fundraising for a desant assault company and UAV unit on the Zaporizhzhia direction stands. (MEDIUM for the absence of assaults as reported / LOW KAB effects).
  • Prydniprovsk / Kherson direction (Kherson Oblast): Updated. No Russian assault actions reported on the Prydniprovsk direction. WarArchive posted a fundraising appeal stating soldiers in Kherson are operating "under constant threat," with zero donations in the preceding hour; no new line or casualty data. Carried-forward volunteer-medic account of ambulance access denial in Kherson riverside areas stands unverified for causality. (MEDIUM for the General Staff line statement / LOW for the appeal's operational specifics).
  • Mykolaiv / Odesa direction (Mykolaiv and Odesa Oblasts): No significant change. MoD Russia's claim of strikes on "Ukrainian ports and ships used in the interests of the AFU" is new framing from the same source but adds no target, location or BDA; carried-forward Zatoka/Izmail/Chornomorsk claims remain unverified. (LOW).
  • Kyiv / Kyiv Oblast: Updated. Air Force reported jet UAVs at/past Tarashcha (Kyiv Oblast) moving from south to north toward Bila Tserkva (19:11). No impacts reported in this window. Carried-forward Holosiivskyi district educational-building damage and alert sequence stand. (MEDIUM track / LOW effects).
  • Chernihiv / Sumy northern border (Chernihiv Oblast): Updated — highest new track density this cycle. Jet UAV near Mena north-west-bound (19:04); jet UAV in northern Chernihiv Oblast toward Snovsk and Koriukivka (19:14); jet UAV at/past Ripky south-west-bound (19:26). No impacts or intercepts reported. (MEDIUM tracks).
  • Poltava / Cherkasy / Kirovohrad rear corridors: Updated. Colonelcassad posted video of a large explosion in an urban-industrial area of Kirovohrad attributed to a Geran drone (19:11) — no Ukrainian confirmation. Carried-forward tracks toward Kremenchuk, Lysianka and Smila stand. (MEDIUM-HIGH imagery / LOW-MEDIUM attribution).
  • Russian rear and occupied territories: No significant change. Carried-forward Sevastopol drone-engagement claim (Два майора) and Sevastopol expropriation reporting stand without new corroboration.
  • Belarus / northern flank: No significant change.

Deep strikes & air defense

  • Russian air activity into Ukraine (reported): General Staff aggregate for the day to ~19:00 UTC: 71 airstrikes, 233 KAB, 4,704 kamikaze drones committed to strikes (self-reported, unverified aggregate — the drone figure is anomalously high relative to typical daily totals and should be treated as a cumulative "employed/diversion" count rather than a confirmed strike tally). Air Force additionally issued a KAB launch warning for Zaporizhzhia Oblast (19:06). (Генеральний штаб ЗСУ, 19:03 UTC; Повітряні Сили ЗС України, 19:06 UTC — MEDIUM as reported / LOW for aggregates).
  • Jet-UAV transit belt: New tracks over Chernihiv Oblast (Mena, Snovsk, Koriukivka, Ripky) and Kyiv Oblast (Tarashcha toward Bila Tserkva), plus carried-forward Kremenchuk, Lysianka, Smila and Sumy→Konotop tracks. Air Force continues rapid public track issuance; no intercept outcomes published this window. (MEDIUM tracks / LOW effects).
  • Kirovohrad industrial explosion: Colonelcassad video shows a fireball substantially larger than a single Shahed-class warhead in an industrial setting, assessed as possibly a secondary detonation on fuel/ammunition or critical industrial infrastructure. No Ukrainian official statement or target identification. (Colonelcassad, 19:11 UTC — MEDIUM-HIGH imagery / LOW-MEDIUM attribution).
  • Russian strike claims: MoD Russia claimed strikes on Ukrainian defence-industry facilities, ports and ships used in AFU interests — no locations, target names or BDA. Separate MoD claim of a Sever Group "envelopment" of Ukrainian formations in Kharkiv region. (MoD Russia, 19:25 UTC — LOW).
  • Ukrainian strike activity: Exilenova+ video documents destroyed Russian trucks and a tanker on occupied-territory roads, attributed to "middle-strike" drones under the MoD/General Staff "Logistical Knockdown" programme launched in May; location and attribution unverified. (Exilenova+, 19:08 UTC — MEDIUM imagery / LOW attribution).
  • Ukrainian counter-UAV: General Staff claims 171 UAVs destroyed or suppressed in the Pokrovsk axis reporting block; "destroyed or suppressed" is imprecise and suppression does not equal destruction. (19:03 UTC — MEDIUM as reported / LOW effect).
  • Air-defense / NATO context (Russian claim): Басурин о главном claims a NATO RQ-4D Phoenix launched from Sigonella squawked 7600 (radio-loss) over the Black Sea near the Turkish coast at 16,000 m, and asserts at least eight NATO ISR sorties since early September, including three British RC-135W flights, French aircraft, NATO UAVs, AEW platforms, 20+ escort sorties and a Turkish E-7T, alongside Romanian-hosted exercises simulating a strike on Crimea. Single partisan source, no NATO or Turkish confirmation; the post openly advocates Russian shoot-down of NATO ISR platforms. (Басурин о главном, 19:13 UTC — LOW).
  • Carried forward unchanged: Russian MoD 68-UAV counter claim; Odesa roadstead "six vessels"; Zveroboy/Kalitka-KA trial reports; Colonelcassad FPV-interceptor and Kramatorsk bridge claims.

Enemy activity / threat assessment

  • Russian offensive weight remains concentrated on the Pokrovsk–Kostiantynivka–South Slobozhanshchyna belt. Of 208 reported engagements, 49 (27 + 22) fell on the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka axes alone, with a further 12 in South Slobozhanshchyna. This is consistent with a sustained attritional push rather than a single-axis breakthrough attempt. MEDIUM.
  • Russian information effort is now dominated by encirclement and advance narratives on three axes simultaneously — the "Volchansk Cauldron" (Котенок), Kharkiv region "envelopment" (MoD Russia), and paired 800 m advances at Ryasnoye and Dobropolye (Colonelcassad). The simultaneity, the reused single 800 m figure, and the absence of any geolocation in all three products indicate a coordinated messaging push rather than independent reporting. MEDIUM theme / LOW substantiation.
  • Russian ability to penetrate central-Ukraine airspace persists. The Kirovohrad explosion footage, if correctly attributed, plus the Tarashcha→Bila Tserkva and Chernihiv tracks, indicates continued jet-UAV and Geran-type reach into rear oblasts. MEDIUM.
  • Russian black-sea/NATO agitation narrative is escalating. The Басурин post both reports a NATO ISR radio-loss event and explicitly calls for kinetic action against NATO ISR platforms, invoking Iran as a model. Assessed as pressure-messaging and domestic mobilisation framing rather than a stated policy shift. LOW for the event / MEDIUM for the narrative trend.
  • Assessed likely Russian COA (next 6–12h): Continued jet-UAV transits into Chernihiv, Kyiv, Poltava/Cherkasy/Kirovohrad corridors; continued KAB employment against Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv sector settlements; continued multi-axis ground pressure on Pokrovsk, Kostiantynivka and South Slobozhanshchyna; continued encirclement messaging on Kharkiv, Sumy and Pokrovsk axes. MEDIUM.
  • Assessed most dangerous Russian COA: A synchronised KAB/jet-UAV package against a populated settlement or industrial node in a central or north-eastern oblast, riding the current multi-oblast transit belt, with a possible secondary detonation at an industrial site of the type seen at Kirovohrad. Casualty- and infrastructure-producing strikes at short notice remain the greatest near-term risk. MEDIUM.

Friendly activity (UAF)

  • Air Force sustained rapid public track reporting across Chernihiv and Kyiv Oblasts plus the Zaporizhzhia KAB launch warning; HIGH reporting sequence / LOW intercept outcomes.
  • General Staff published a full-sector evening operational summary with settlement-level repulse reporting and preliminary Pokrovsk-axis damage claims — assessed as authentic official product; the attached title card corroborates branding and the 22:00 (Kyiv) timestamp only. MEDIUM.
  • Ukrainian MoD/General Staff "Logistical Knockdown" interdiction programme publicised via Exilenova+ footage of destroyed Russian trucks and a tanker on occupied-territory roads; the stated doctrinal shift is from anti-personnel to logistics interdiction using middle-strike drones. Corroborated only as a Ukrainian official programme description, not as verified battle damage. MEDIUM programme description / LOW specific results.
  • Diplomatic activity: Ukraine and the US are preparing a Zelensky–Trump meeting next week in New York during the UN General Assembly, with six bilateral documents planned for signature, per MFA spokesman Tykhyi. (Оперативний ЗСУ, 19:18 UTC — MEDIUM as reported, single official relay).
  • Kherson operations continue under threat: WarArchive fundraising appeal states troops in Kherson are operating under constant threat with zero donations in the preceding hour. No operational detail. LOW.
  • Carried forward unchanged: HUR MO "Stugna" Zaporizhzhia stabilisation footage; National Guard "Spartan" FPV operations; 34th Marine Brigade UAV-detector fundraiser; 2027 draft budget and accountability measures.

Information environment / disinformation

  • Coordinated Russian encirclement/advance narrative product set (new). Three near-simultaneous products — the "Volchansk Cauldron" video (Военкор Котенок, 19:31), MoD Russia's "tightening the encirclement" top-news item (19:25), and Colonelcassad's paired 800 m advance maps (19:22) — use generic or annotated imagery, no coordinates, no captured-equipment evidence and no Ukrainian corroboration. The identical 800 m distance on two unrelated axes and map date stamps appearing to read 02/05 September are strong templating indicators. Treat all as LOW; do not launder into line-of-contact facts.
  • MoD Russia "top news" composite (new). A generic four-panel graphic supports four unsupported claims (Baltic corvette award, port/defence-industry strikes, Kharkiv encirclement, Beijing forum). Format is standard MoD morale product. LOW.
  • NATO-Black-Sea "provocation" agitation (new). Басурин о главном relays a purported RQ-4D radio-loss event and a count of NATO ISR sorties, then explicitly advocates Russian shoot-downs of NATO ISR platforms citing Iran. The ISR-count and squawk claims are single-source partisans. LOW.
  • Ukrainian-sanctioned-ex-official amplification (new). Операция Z relays RV Военкоры Русской Весны coverage of a The Spectator column by former Zelensky press secretary Yulia Mendel, framing Zelensky's strategy as "national suicide," criticizing mobilisation and Western dependency and calling for negotiations, plus her claim that Ukrainian sanctions against her stem from her corruption statements. Oppositional framing is embedded; the existence of the column may be verifiable but the framing is partisan. LOW-MEDIUM.
  • Ukrainian strike-result propaganda (new). Exilenova+ video demonstrates destroyed vehicles with captions asserting drone-strike causation and programme effectiveness; the imagery is authentic-form but location and attribution are unverified and the framing is explicitly promotional. MEDIUM imagery / LOW claims.
  • Non-theatre relay observed (awareness only, do not launder): Треш Ульяновск posting a UN report on automation/AI risk to female employment — no operational relevance.
  • Carried forward unchanged and still unverified: Colonelcassad's Kharkiv rail-cancellation source-laundering post; the "Major Paul Wilkes" UK fatality claim; the "95th Kvartal" props warehouse claim; Рыбарь's Kyiv "Geran tactic" digest; the BBC-style veterans' advice article; the Polish Leopard convoy/Kaliningrad claim.

Outlook (next 6–12h)

  • Weather, as of 19:30 UTC (Open-Meteo; HIGH for numeric values): Kharkiv/Vovchansk 12.3 °C, mainly clear, cloud 31%, wind 0.5 m/s; Svatove 12.6 °C, partly cloudy, cloud 71%, wind 1.1 m/s; Pokrovsk 13.2 °C, overcast, cloud 87%, wind 1.2 m/s; Orikhiv 14.7 °C, partly cloudy, cloud 63%, wind 0.8 m/s; Kherson 15.9 °C, partly cloudy, cloud 44%, wind 0.7 m/s; all points 0.0 mm precip. Daily 16 September: Vovchansk and Svatove light rain (≤0.2 mm), windMax 3.3–3.4 m/s; Pokrovsk/Orikhiv/Kherson precip 0.0 mm, windMax 2.2–4.7 m/s. Assessed: clearer skies over Kharkiv/Vovchansk and Kherson favour UAV reconnaissance and FPV employment; heavy cloud over Pokrovsk continues to degrade optical reconnaissance and laser designation; low winds throughout.
  • Chernihiv and Kyiv Oblasts: Watch Chernihiv and Kyiv OVA, DSNS and КМВА for impacts along the Mena, Snovsk/Koriukivka, Ripky and Tarashcha→Bila Tserkva tracks. MEDIUM.
  • Kirovohrad: Watch Kirovohrad OVA, DSNS and Ukrainian Air Force for confirmation or refutation of an industrial impact and target identification, and for any secondary-detonation reporting. MEDIUM.
  • Zaporizhzhia Oblast: Watch Zaporizhzhia OVA/DSNS for KAB impact reporting following the Air Force launch warning, and monitor whether the reported absence of Orikhiv-axis assaults holds. MEDIUM.
  • Pokrovsk / Kostiantynivka / South Slobozhanshchyna: Watch subsequent General Staff updates for cumulative engagement trend lines and for independent geolocation of any front-line change, particularly at Kucheriv Yar, Dorozhne and Udachne. MEDIUM.
  • Sumy axis (Ryasnoye/Korova River): Watch for satellite or geolocated ground evidence of a Russian crossing of the Korova and west-bank positions, and for Ukrainian acknowledgement. LOW-MEDIUM.
  • Kharkiv/Vovchansk: Watch for any independent evidence supporting or refuting the "cauldron" framing and for Ukrainian reporting on quadricycle/logistics losses. LOW-MEDIUM.
  • Information watch: Expect continued Russian encirclement and advance messaging on the Kharkiv, Sumy and Pokrovsk axes, continued Baltic/Black Sea NATO-ISR agitation, and continued Ukrainian counter-corruption, strike-result and diplomatic messaging ahead of the UN General Assembly. MEDIUM for continued messaging.

Intelligence gaps & collection requirements

  • General Staff aggregate figures (new): Need reconciliation of the 208 engagements, 71 airstrikes, 233 KAB, 4,704 kamikaze drones and 1,250 shellings against cumulative daily reporting; the drone figure in particular requires clarification of whether it counts launches, employment attempts or cumulative diversions. MEDIUM.
  • Kirovohrad industrial explosion (new): Need official confirmation, impact geolocation, target identification (industrial, energy or depot), munition-debris analysis, and assessment of secondary detonation vs. single large munition. MEDIUM.
  • Chernihiv and Kyiv Oblast jet-UAV tracks (new): Need track reconstruction, munition type and any impact sites for Mena, Snovsk, Koriukivka, Ripky and Tarashcha/Bila Tserkva. MEDIUM.
  • Zaporizhzhia KAB launches (new): Need impact verification, target set and any damage reporting from Zaporizhzhia OVA. MEDIUM.
  • Ryasnoye/Korova River crossing claim (new): Need high-resolution satellite/SAR geolocation of the crossing point and west-bank positions, verification of the map date stamps (apparent 02/05 September 2026), and checks for recycled inset footage. LOW-MEDIUM.
  • Dobropolye (Pokrovsk-axis) 800 m advance claim (new): Need satellite comparison of the western settlement blocks and Ukrainian confirmation or denial. LOW-MEDIUM.
  • "Volchansk Cauldron" video (new): Need geolocation of the two FPV strike sequences, identification of the "Severny Veter" subunit and callsigns (Dzhoker, Bardak), and independent assessment of whether the "declining personnel" claim is supportable. LOW.
  • Logistical Knockdown programme (new): Need confirmation of the MoD/General Staff programme's launch in May 2026, its stated targets and any aggregate Ukrainian claims of logistics destruction, plus geolocation of the destroyed vehicles shown. MEDIUM.
  • NATO RQ-4D Phoenix radio-loss claim (new): Need NATO/Sigonella flight records, ADS-B/squawk-7600 verification, Turkish and Italian statements, and independent tracking of the claimed 8+ ISR and 20+ escort sorties. LOW for the event, MEDIUM for monitoring amplification.
  • MoD Russia port/defence-industry strike claim (new): Need Odesa/Mykolaiv port authority statements, ship tracking, satellite imagery and Ukrainian General Staff reporting to confirm or refute. LOW-MEDIUM.
  • Mendel/Spectator column (new): Need the original The Spectator column, the Ukrainian sanctions instrument naming her, and European Parliament access records. LOW priority for verification, MEDIUM for tracking amplification.
  • Zelensky–Trump UNGA meeting and six bilateral documents (new): Need MFA and White House confirmation, agenda details, and identification of the documents. MEDIUM.
  • Carried-forward without new data this cycle: Sumy KAB strike casualty reconciliation; Kyiv Holosiivskyi educational-building timing/impact reconciliation; Ashurkovo Msta-B strike geolocation; Sevastopol drone engagement and expropriations; Kharkiv rail cancellation notice verification; Zatoka/Izmail rail strikes; Chornomorsk vessel EMMAKRIS III; Kherson ambulance-access denial; HUR "Stugna" geolocation; Vivaldi vs. Russian counter-claims; 2027 draft budget figures — all remain open. MEDIUM for Sumy, Holosiivskyi, Zatoka/Izmail, Kherson medical access, Vivaldi and the budget; LOW for the others.
