Key updates since last sitrep

• MASS POW EXCHANGE COMPLETED (1255Z, MoD Russia; 1301Z, DSV UA, HIGH): 160 Ukrainian and 160 Russian personnel were exchanged via UAE mediation. Ukrainian returnees include Air Assault Forces (DSV) and Mariupol/Azovstal defenders in captivity since 2022. Russian personnel are currently staged in Belarus for medical evaluation.
